Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Porvair, the specialist filtration and environmental technologies group, announces it has been informed of the following transactions by Directors of the Company:

Purchase of ordinary shares

Hooman Caman Javvi, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 7,034 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following this transaction, Hooman Caman Javvi's holding in the Company is 12,735 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.

Exercise of options and sale of ordinary shares

James Mills, Group Finance Director, exercised options over 90,350 Ordinary Shares, as set out below

Subsequent to the above exercise of options, James Mills sold 37,000 Ordinary Shares to, in part, meet the cost of exercise of options, the personal taxation liabilities arising on the options, and certain other liabilities. 

Following these dealings, James Mills' holding in the Company increased by 53,350 Ordinary Shares to 69,390 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.

LTSP and SAYE options

Separate to the PDMR dealing noted above, on 24 February 2026, the Company issued 1,152 Ordinary Shares in relation to an early exercise on the SAYE scheme granted in 2021.

Following these transactions, the total number of LTSP and SAYE options in issue is 741,541, representing approximately 1.6% of the shares in issue.
