The Board of Directors ("the Board") of VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited ("the Company" or "VOF"), an investment company established to target key growth segments within Vietnam's emerging market, announces today the retirement of Mr Bernard Grigsby from the Board effective from 31 December 2009.
