Software Circle (AIM: SFT) has been notified that, on 26 March 2026 Richard Alan Lightfoot, Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, transferred 36,769 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at a sale price of 15.706p per share to his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") at a purchase price of 15.775p per share. Mr Lightfoot's total beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 619,510 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.16% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
