Proposed additional exercise dates for Warrants

VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) today announces its intention to seek the consent of its Shareholders and Warrant Holders to the extension of the term of the Warrants through the addition of two further exercise dates, which are expected to be on 25 April 2013 and 25 September 2013.  Under their current terms, the Warrants have a single exercise date of 13 December 2012.

Further details of the proposals will be set out in a circular to be sent to Shareholders and Warrant Holders subsequently. The circular will contain notices of separate extraordinary general meetings for Shareholders and Warrant Holders, which are expected to be held in November 2012.
