The Company received notification on the 25 June 2012 that Min-Hwa Hu Kupfer, Chairperson of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in VNH on 22 June 2012 at a price of USD 1.0728 per share.

Following the purchase Min-Hwa Hu Kupfer now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.055% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
