The Company announces that under the terms of The Victoria
Carpets Profit Sharing Scheme, 250 ordinary shares held on
trust for the benefit of employees have been transferred
outside the trust for nil consideration to the personal
representatives of the deceased employee.  Accordingly, the
following directors non beneficial shareholdings have been
reduced by 250 shares and are now as set out below;
