The Company was notified yesterday by AXA Investment Managers that AXA S.A. is
interested in 2,754,450 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'). These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of
1,170,000 Ordinary Shares, and a non-beneficial interest of 1,584,450 Ordinary
Shares, representing 3.07 and 4.15 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company respectively.
