Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

Azul Holding 2 S.à r.l announced today that all conditions of its Offer for Velosi, as set out in the Offer Document, had been satisfied or waived and, accordingly, the Offer for Velosi was declared unconditional in all respects.

Therefore, in accordance with paragraph 11 of Part II of the Offer Document, Velosi today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM.  Cancellation will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on Wednesday 23 February 2011.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Offer Document dated 9 December 2010, unless the context requires otherwise.
