Death of Director

Oxford Catalysts Group PLC, the leading technology innovator for synthetic oil production, regrets to announce that non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Jeremy Scudamore passed away on Monday 29^th August 2011.

Pierre Jungels, CBE, Chairman of Oxford Catalysts said:

"The Board is deeply saddened by the news and our thoughts are with Jeremy's family at this difficult time. Since joining the Board in March 2007, Jeremy has added great value to Oxford Catalysts having performed his role with great endeavor, integrity and with the benefit of huge experience. Jeremy will be missed by the Oxford Catalysts team."
