AGM Resolutions

At the company's annual general meeting held in Shipley, West Yorkshire, on 6 May 2009 all resolutions were passed on a show of hands with the exception of resolution 2.  Copies of the relevant resolutions have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
