                               ('the Company')

Application has today been made for admission of an additional 2,000,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares have been issued
as consideration for the Company's stake in Room Service (UK) Limited which
was announced on 23 November 2000. The new shares will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings are
expected to commence on 22 December 2000.
