Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 5 March 2015, it purchased 205,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital at a price of 123.50 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 72,360,980 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
