Further to the Company's Regulatory Announcement released at 15.48 this
afternoon, confirming the Company's purchase of 100,000 of its own ordinary
shares for cancellation, the Company now announces that it has today purchased
an additional 60,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25p each for cancellation
representing 0.16% of the issued share capital at a price of £16.08 per share.



Accordingly, the Company has today purchased a total of 160,000 of its own
ordinary shares of 25p each for cancellation at a price of £16.08 per share.



Following both transactions the Company now has 37,042,687 ordinary shares of
25p each in issue.
