                             Acquisition of Shares





Sergey Sergeyevich Evlanchick, a director of UKR, notified the Company on 27
June 2006, that he had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the share
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.5p per Ordinary
Share on that same date.  Following this acquisition, Sergey Evlanchick will
have an interest in 14,872,383 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing
approximately 36.09% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.



David Michael Lattimore, a non-executive director of UKR notified the Company on
27 June 2006, that he had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39p per Ordinary
Share on that same date.  Following this acquisition, David Michael Lattimore,
will have an interest in 19,345 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing
approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.



Jack Rowell, a non-executive director of UKR notified the Company on 28 June
2006, that he had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the share
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 38p per Ordinary Share
on 27 June 2006.  Following this acquisition, Jack Rowell, will have an interest
in 38,690 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of
the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
