Colin Tucker, aged 61, is the deputy chairman of Hutchison 3G, having been its Managing director between 2000 and 2003. Mr Tucker is a director of Hutchison 3G UK Limited, Hutchison 3G UK Holdings Limited, Morse PLC and Oxhill Aviation Limited. He was director of TTP Communications PLC until July 2006. He is also the Chief Operating Officer, International Operations, of Orange plc. Mr David, aged 42, is the General Counsel of the ARM group. Mr David is a director of ARM Limited. There are no other disclosures which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
