ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,500 ordinary
A shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the exercise of
options.

The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary A shares,
and dealing are expected to commence on 31 August 2005.

Following this issue, the total issued ordinary share capital of the company
consists of:

Ordinary A Shares      52,477,562
Ordinary B shares       1,036,340
