The Board of Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that on 12 September 2012 the Company purchased 30,864 Utilico Finance Limited 2012 ZDP shares in the market at a price of 176.00p per share.

The Company now owns 1,257,612 Utilico Finance Limited 2012 ZDPs shares and these shares will be held to the redemption date on 31 October 2012.
