Scotiabank facility - extension of term

UIL Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has extended its £50 million committed senior secured multicurrency revolving facility with Scotiabank Europe until 22 March 2018.

The Company has also entered into a £25 million secured short term loan facility with Scotiabank, which can be drawn down at the end of October 2016 for six months to facilitate the redemption of the 2016 ZDP shares if required.
