                            Holding in Shiloh PLC


Lupus Capital plc ('Lupus') announces that it purchased, on Friday 23 November
2001, 273,711 ordinary shares of 25p each in Shiloh PLC ('Shiloh'), a
healthcare products and services company, representing 4.20% of the issued
share capital, for a total cash consideration of £629,535. Following this
purchase, Lupus's total holding in Shiloh is 463,711 ordinary shares of 5p
each, representing 7.11% of the issued share capital of Shiloh. The purchase
of the shares falls within Lupus's stated strategy and consideration will be
satisfied from Lupus's existing resources.
