Dividend Timetable

Tyman plc, the leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, announces details of its dividend timetable: 

Further to the preliminary results announcement of the 11 March 2014, in which the Board announced that it is recommending a final dividend of 4.5 pence per ordinary share, the Company hereby confirms the following dividend timetable:

·      Ex-dividend date - 16 April 2014

·      Record date - 22 April 2014

·      Payment date - 21 May 2014

Payment of the final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, 16 May 2014, at 10:30 pm at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, London EC2A 4ES.
