COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF ASHLAND HARDWARE

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, has completed the acquisition of Ashland Hardware, a North American manufacturer of hardware for residential windows and doors, as announced on 7 March 2018.
