                        Disposal

Further to the disposal programme announced in March,  TT
Group  has  disposed of Strainstall Engineering  Services
Limited  for cash of £1.1million.  This company which  is
based  on  the  Isle of Wight has been  acquired  by  its
management.

Strainstall Engineering is the first company to  be  sold
as  part of TT Group's disposal programme.  TT Group will
be making further disposal announcements in due course.

John Newman, Executive Chairman TT Group PLC, commented:

'Following   the  Group's  decision  to  focus   on   its
electronic    and    electrical   sectors,    Strainstall
Engineering now falls outside our core business and I  am
delighted  that Strainstall's management  will  now  take
this  company  forward.  The first phase of our  disposal
programme is progressing.'
