Update Re Portfolio Manager

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc is pleased to announce that Hugo Ure has been appointed co-manager of the Company with Francis Brooke, who has been manager since 1 August 2009. Mr Ure has been assistant manager since September 2011 having joined Troy Asset Management Ltd in January 2009.

Troy Asset Management Ltd was appointed the Company's Manager on 1 August 2009 and during this period the Company's net assets have increased from £48 million to £177 million (as at 20 March 2015).
