PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS

 

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) announces the publication today of a supplementary prospectus dated 23 February 2015 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the prospectus dated 8 July 2014 in relation to, inter alia, the share issuance programme of up to 350 million ordinary shares.  

 

The Supplementary Prospectus has been issued following the publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2014 (the "2014 Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

 

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2014 Accounts will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and are available on the Company's website at www.tritaxbigboxreit.co.uk.
