Admission of Nil Paid Rights

Tribal Group today announces that, pursuant to the Rights Issue announced on 16 March 2016,  94,849,241 New Shares have been admitted, nil paid, to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and have been admitted, nil paid, to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 4 April 2016.

Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as in the circular posted to shareholders on 16 March 2016.
