Triad Group Plc announces that Mr Tim Harris, an executive director of the
Company, was on Thursday, 29 March 2001 granted options in the capital of the
Company over 23,180 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') (0.09%) at
£2.235 per share.


These are exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant,
subject to the satisfaction of conditions relating to the Company's earnings
per share.


Following this transaction, and including the options referred to above Mr Tim
Harris has share option rights over 300,000 Ordinary Shares (1.18%); 21,858
exercisable at £1.83 per share; 4,962 exercisable at £2.015 per share; 9,639
exercisable at £2.075 per share; and 240,361 exercisable at £2.10 per share.
