Treatt PLC - Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to transitional provision 6 of the Transparency Directive,
Treatt plc's issued share capital consists of 10,481,034 ordinary 
shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares').  334,013 shares are hold in a     
Trust under which voting rights are waived.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 10,147,021.

The above figure (10,147,021 Ordinary Shares) may be used by Shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Treatt
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
