Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').

Vesting of Award

On 16 March 2026 the share-based awards granted by the Company on 14 March 2023 under the Derwent London Performance Share Plan 2014 (the 'Awards') vested and the PDMRs noted below acquired Shares in connection with the vesting of their Awards. On 19 March 2026, the PDMRs choose to sell a proportion of their vested Shares to discharge the relevant tax obligations, in all cases at an average price of £16.292700 per Share.
