The Directors announce that the Company has today issued 103,848 ordinary shares
of 10p each at 80p per share resulting from the exercise of two options as
follows:-

100,000 ordinary shares @ 50p per share
  3,448 ordinary shares @ 80p per share

Application will be made for these ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM
