Equest Investments Balkans Limited (the 'Company') today announces that it received notification from the State General Reserve Fund of the Sultanate of Oman ('SGRF') on 06 January 2009 that the SGRF had a notifiable interest in 5,461,534 ordinary shares as at 21 December 2008, representing 29.90% of the issued share capital of the Company (being 18,265,890 ordinary shares).
