Equest Investments Balkans Limited (the 'Company') today announces that it received notification from the State General Reserve Fund of the Sultanate of Oman ('SGRF') on 10 December 2008 that the SGRF had a notifiable interest in 4,630,423 ordinary shares as at 02 December 2008, representing 25.35% of the issued share capital of the Company (being 18,265,890 ordinary shares).
