Tracsis trialling embedded software in Scandinavia

Tracsis, a developer and aggregator of resource optimisation, data capture and reporting technologies to the transport industries, is pleased to announce that it has commenced field trials of a new on-train condition monitoring system in Scandinavia.

The system being piloted is based on the SA380 data logging technology which is produced by the Tracsis subsidiary MPEC Technology Limited which is already widely deployed throughout the UK.  This technology allows for real time monitoring of railway engineering assets and the same system can be employed within rolling stock equipment such as train engines and carriages.

The trial is taking place in partnership with an existing client and marks the possibility of Tracsis entering a new market within the broader transport technology space.
