                        Completion of Property Disposal



On 9 July 2004 the Trust announced that it had conditionally sold a mixed-use
development site in Battersea Park Road, London SW11 for a consideration of
£7.018m, and that completion of the transaction would be dependent on the
provision of vacant possession of the property in January 2005.


Vacant possession has now been obtained and the Trust has now completed this
sale.
