TR PROPERTY INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TR Property Investment Trust plc has completed a further series of lettings at
Thames Central, its grade A office building in central Slough.  The four deals
total approximately 21,000 sq ft, 33% of the total office area.  The new tenants
are Micros Fidelio and HTC Europe, who both already occupy space in Slough,
along with Zensar Technologies and Interactive Intelligence who are new to the
town.  Following the expiry of rent free periods the new lettings will add
£370,000 per annum in rent, at an average of £17.85 psf.

The building is now 65% let and produces a total annual rent of approximately
£700,000.  The Trust has also agreed heads of terms to let a further 2,000 sq ft
and is in negotiations with a number of other interested parties.

Chris Turner, Fund Manager, commented, 'We are delighted that only 12 months
after launching the property we have secured tenants for two thirds of the
building.  Whilst Slough's overall vacancy rate remains high we continue to see
demand for the type of high quality suites with flexible lease terms that we are
able to offer at Thames Central.'
