Retirement of Director

TR Property Investment Trust plc today announces that Paul Spencer has decided to retire from the Board of Directors on 31 December 2012. Paul has made a substantial contribution to the evolution of the Company in the past 5 years including his expert chairmanship of the Audit committee.

David Watson will succeed Paul Spencer as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 1 January 2013.
