(the "Company")

The Company announces that, Simon Marrison, a Director of the Company, acquired 10,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each, and 6,500 Sigma shares of 12.5p each in the capital of the Company on 19 July 2012. The Ordinary shares were bought at a price of £1.56 per share and the Sigma shares at a price of £0.66 per share on the London Stock Exchange.

Mr Marrison now has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary shares, and 6,500 Sigma shares representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (380,447,000) in the Company.
