Directors' Interests in Shares


On 25 July 2007, pursuant to a shareholder resolution, the company created a new
class of share ( 'Sigma Shares') by way of a reclassification of a portion of
its authorised ordinary share capital. Following this reclassification, the
directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company are as
