Chairman retirement and appointment of successor

TR Property Investment Trust plc announces that following the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 July 2016, Caroline Burton, Director and currently Chairman of the Board, will retire.

She will be succeeded as Chairman by Hugh Seaborn, currently the Senior Independent Director.
