TR Property Investment Trust plc ('The Company')
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the additional listing of 605,780 ordinary twenty-five pence
shares in the Company.
These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of warrants.
