On 22 April 2008, the Company was informed that on 18 April 2008 the CIM Special
Situations ('CIM') sold 1,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company.
Following this disposal CIM holds 26 million shares, representing 4.84% of the
total voting rights of the Company.
