                            Director share transfer

The Company announces that it received notification today that Victor Watson, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today transferred for nil
consideration 140,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') to his wife, Mrs Shelia May Watson. As a result of the transfer Mr
Watson's interest in the Ordinary Shares in the Company remains unchanged.
