The Company was informed on 21 February 2005 that David Hallett, a non-executive
director of the Company, purchased, on 21 February 2005, 10,000 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 96.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase David Hallett is beneficially interested in 10,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.005 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
