                               Holding in Company


City Equities Limited ("City Equities") purchased 10,000,000 new Ordinary Shares
in  the  Company's recent Placing relating to its Admission to AIM, representing
6.82% of the Enlarged Share Capital.

City  Equities has reported to the Company that it has sold 7,422,500  of  these
Ordinary  Shares to certain of its private customers, acting as Principal.  City
Equities  now  holds  2,577,500 Ordinary Shares, which no  longer  represents  a
notifiable interest.
