The  Company  was notified today that on 4 June 2009 SVS Securities plc  ("SVS")
increased  its shareholding in 1pm by 225,491,964 ordinary shares of  £0.0006818
each  in  the Company ("Ordinary shares").  SVS increased its holding  from  626
Ordinary Shares to 225,492,590 Ordinary Shares, with each Ordinary Share  having
one  voting  right,  representing 14.85% of the  voting  rights  in  the  issued
ordinary  share  capital  of  the  Company.  207,285,714  Ordinary  Shares  were
purchased  at a price of 0.07 pence and 18,206,250 Ordinary Shares were  issued,
to  SVS  by 1pm, at 0.07 pence per Ordinary Share, in lieu of part of  its  fees
which totaled £12,744.38.
