                                        Additional Banking Facilities

The Board of 1pm plc is pleased to announce that it has secured £350,000 of additional banking facilities with
Handelsbanken, a leading Swedish bank.

This additional working capital facilitates the Company's ability to negotiate additional funding lines and strengthens
its ability to service the significant opportunities in the small ticket leasing market.

Mike Johnson, 1pm's Chairman, commented:
