Tiger was notified today, that Mr. Colin Bird, a director of the Company,
purchased 100,000 shares in Tiger on 6 November 2003 at a price of 1.8p per
share.


Following this purchase Mr. Bird's total holding increased to 1,235,000 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 0.52% of the issued ordinary share capital.
