Tiger was informed today that a director, Bruce Rowan, purchased 1 million
shares in Tiger on 4 December 2002 at a price of 0.85p per share.


This purchase increases his total holding to 44,666,239 ordinary shares in Tiger
representing 19.04% of the issued ordinary share capital.
