Tiger was notified today, that Mr. Colin Bird, a director of the Company,
purchased 400,000 shares in Tiger on 13 November 2003 at a price of 1.8p per
share.

Following this purchase Mr. Bird's total holding increased to 1,635,000 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 0.69% of the issued ordinary share capital.
