Outcome of EGM

The special resolution proposed at the EGM held today to make an application for
the cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary share capital on the
Official List of the UKLA and for that listing to be cancelled has been duly
passed.

As a result the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List and the
trading of the  Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities will cease at close of business on 5 January 2006. Admission is
expected to take place and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 6 January
2006.
