Notification under AIM Rule 17

The Company was notified on 12 February 2013 of the following share transaction by a Director:

On 11 February 2013, Jon Austen, Group Finance Director, purchased in his own name 130 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 19p each in order to facilitate voting at future general meetings.

Following this transaction Jon Austen's total beneficial interest changes to 440,130 shares, representing 0.21% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
